Il Corso è diretto ad avvocati, praticanti avvocati, giuristi e laureati in giurisprudenza. I beneficiari devono essere decisi a dare un importante valore aggiunto alla propria formazione e professione al fine di proporsi, al termine del corso, come avvocati internazionalisti e consulenti legali specializzati nella tutela internazionale dei Diritti Umani dinanzi alle Corti Europee.

Il Dialogo tra le Corti Nazionali, Internazionali ed Europee; Fondamenti e Procedura della Corte Europea dei Diritti dell'Uomo; il Diritto alla Vita Familiare; la Tutela della Proprietà; il Divieto di Discriminazione; il Diritto Penale Internazionale; il Diritto alla Vita; l'Equo Processo Penale; la Ragionevole Durata dei Processi.

La Società promotrice offre ai partecipanti n° 1 stage retribuito della durata di 3 mesi del valore complessivo di € 1.200,00 presso DUit SRL. Sono previsti, inoltre, n° 2 stage presso Studi legali Italiani attivi nel campo della tutela internazionale dei Diritti dell’Uomo e specializzati in contenzioso dinanzi le Corti Europee.

La quota di iscrizione comprende inoltre: accesso ad internet in WI-Fi nella sede del Corso; tutoring dedicato in loco per tutte le esigenze relative al Corso; study tours presso il Parlamento Europeo ed il Consiglio d'Europa; account con accesso illimitato sulla Rivista “Diritti Umani in Italia”; info sulla città di Strasburgo.
